What to eat to prevent from cancer?

Lately due to the polluted lifestyle and diet the numbers of people suffering from cancer is increasing day by day. Here are some anti cancer food that is suitable for people suffering from cancer- 



Broccoli– In the cauliflower family broccoli is meant to have high anti cancer properties in it. The broccoli contain high amount of sulphorine which destroy the chemical which produce the cancer cell inside the body. Having broccoli can prevent from breast, liver, lungs, prostate, skin, stomach cancers. Berry fruits– Fruits like strawberry, mulberry, raspberry contain good amount of phytonutrients which reduce the growth and development of the cancer cell in any part of the body. It also reduce the development of chemical of cancer in blood cells. It reduce the possibility or risk of cervical cancer and cancer of mouth and skin. Tomato– The carotenoid component found in tomato make it red which stops the development of cancer cells of cervical cancer. It also reduce the risk of having lung, prostate and stomach cancers. Wall nut– The phytosterols component found in wall nut hindrance the development of cancer cells. It also reduce the risk of prostate cancer. Garlic– The phyto- chemicals found in garlic has anti- cancer properties. According to a study it was brought the conclusion that the women who take garlic in their diet has 50% less risk of having cervical cancer. It also reduce the risk of breast and stomach cancer. Beans– The body produce fatty acid when beans are taken which prevent from cancer. Taking this beans can help to prevent from breast and cervical cancer. Salad– While having salad choose the vegetables with dark green colour as they are beneficial for preventing from cancers. The green vegetables has high amount of chlorophyll and also help to meet the requirement of magnesium in the body. The magnesium makes the cancer causing microbes weak and make suitable condition for the development of new healthy cells. Also here are some food which when included in the diet can bring the risk of cancer. Meat with fats– Do not take the meat or any food cooked in animal fats and butter as far as possible. These types of food increase the risk of having cancer. Instead of animal meat you can include fish in your dishes. Alcohol– If you are addicted to alcohol then having more than two pack can be beneficial for the health. Taking excessive alcohol can cause cancers of mouth, cervical and breast. Fried food– The fried food initiate in the accumulation of fats in the body which in men reduce the fertility and increase the r!$k of cancer.
